Your privacy is important to us. 6.26.4 (“we”, “us” or “our”) treats it, and any information that you give to us, with as much care as possible. Please read the following policy to understand what we do with your information.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. How we get your consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
withdrawing your consent
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You warrant the information you give us is true, accurate and current and only you will inform us of any changes made to it. You will not pretend to be any other person when providing us with this information.

We may only disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Our store is hosted on Squarespace and all purchase transactions are made through Stripe. Together, they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI (Payment Card Industry) certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. Stripe forces HTTPS for all services, and regularly audit the details of their implementation: the certificates served, the certificate authorities used, and the ciphers supported. They use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Chrome and Firefox.
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which these providers will handle your personal information.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in the United States and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United Kingdom, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United Kingdom legislation.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
