SHIPPING & RETURNS
We deliver Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

When placing your order, please ensure all details are correct, as we are not liable for any mistakes and are unable to redirect any orders.
We will send you confirmatory email’s when your order has been received and when it has been dispatched. All orders are shipped using the UK Royal Mail Postal Service and individual tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch.

UK Standard Delivery | 1-2 days | £5.00
Europe Standard Delivery | 2-4 days | £8.00
US & Canada Standard Delivery | 4-6 days | £10.00
Rest of the World Standard Delivery | 4-6 days | £15.00
Delivery times start from the dispatch date and are estimates. We will endeavour to have your order sent to you as soon as possible, but will not be liable for delays that are out of our hands.
customs & taxes
Import duties, taxes and any other customs fees and charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the recipient's responsibility, as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. If you are unsure about these costs, you should contact your country's customs office.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any item(s) within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Currently, we do not accept exchanges; items will need to be returned and a new order placed.
Items should be returned in an unused state and in the same condition that they were received. All dust bags, tags, instructions and packaging must also be returned, as they are considered to be part of the item(s). Damaged or soiled items may not be accepted, sent back to you and/or refused a refund.
If the returned goods do not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right not to process your refund.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend you use a reliable and traceable method, as you are responsible for the item(s) and are liable for any damage or loss until we have received them. We will not be responsible for any loss of any item(s) and recommend you retain your proof of postage.
Please fully complete your returns form, including your order number and enclose it with your package, as this will speed up the refund process. If you require a copy of the returns form, please email us at email@example.com.
Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment and in the original currency used. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be made within a week of receiving the return.
Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.
